Hmmmmmmmmmm. I was planning to watch the rerun on FSW sunday morning. Any bars or pubs in Boston get Setanta and do EPL and FA Cup games? :D

    Fado's at 8 am confirmed. $10 cover.

Not sure it's worth 10 bucks, but it might be fun to see these guys from FT take on some world-class talent.

10 buck cover at 8 AM for this match? I know they have to charge it, but I'm not too sure I'll make it.

FYI for DC based Gunners: According to www.soccer-nation.com Cap Lounge is only showing the FSW replay on Sunday. I called Fado and they will be showing the game live at 10am Saturday. $10 cover applies.

BTW - for all Setanta games, you can confirm the bar showing them from their web site at www.setanta.com Look under TV sites in North America.

Do any of us US based Gooners give a flying toss about the FA Cup? Now Liverpool next Wednesday, that's something to get excited about! I'm already drooling at the prospect of three points at Anfield.

Actually I care a great deal about the FA Cup. I value any competition where Arsenal FC plays. In order of competitions: Premiership, Europe, FA Cup, Charity Shield (only because you get there by winning the previous years FA Cup or Premiership) then Worthington Cup.

Thanks for the tip! I normally view Arsenal games at the Phoenix Landing, but they don't always get Sentata games. They couldn't confirm whether or not they'll have it... so I'll be at the Plough and Stars tomorrow for breakfast at 10am, in my Thierry Henry away jersey. :D

    Woohoo!

I do happen to care about the FA Cup a great deal... Now did this last match v. Farmborough really get the blood boiling? No, not since they moved it to highbury. If it had stayed at the non-leaguers' ground.. I would have been very excited. But I don't think Arsenal fans should start devaluing the FA Cup, lest we end up like that other team with our keeper arrogantly waving vainly for offside as Paulo "the ref dove" Di Canio easily finishes to crash us out of the cup.

I, too, care about the FA Cup. It's one half of the Double, one third of the Treble, so it's pretty damn important. Sure, had it been played at Farnborough it would have been better, seeing the Gunners traipsing about on a pitch probably worse than most of the players' lawns, but a match is a match. On to the fifth round, lads.
