They do suck. I look at that files source code in my FTP utility and it shows that the file is for Sep 14, not Aug 17. Ahhh ... apparently when several weeks ago (see citation #142) they changed 'www' to 'my' it was still auto-navigating. Which apparently it no longer does. Not that they bothered to inform me of any of this ... Do not ever, ever give CoreComm / Voyager.net your money ...
