    So essentially, they're downgrading US 75 and US 64 back to streets, putting developments in both new corridors, and using that as a premise to build an SSS.

    Good idea. :thumbsup:

    This is just one of the presentations for our Vision tax extension. It's the best by a large margin though.

    Parks Sports & Recreation / Pro Soccer Facility

    $45m
    Multiple proposals were received for a Soccer / Outdoor Performance Center including from Elliot Nelson and S.C.O.R.E. for Tulsa/Tulsa Roustabouts, and Visit Tulsa, the facility would be used to host sporting events, outdoor festivals and concerts.

    Parks Sports & Recreation / Boston Avenue Multi-Sport

    $44m
    Sponsored by BAM, project would fund construction of a multi-sport field with synthetic turf for soccer, lacrosse, and rugby, along with a structured parking garage, park and open space, and retail space utilizing sustainable design, including geothermal wells, photovoltaics, rain water collection, living walls, and low impact site development.
