How was Galaxy planning on adding Roger Martinez if they already have 3 DPs? Unless it was a loan but at the price they were willing to pay, I don't see how he wouldn't have been a DP.

So far this preseason Matt Doyle has picked the Rapids to finish behind Nashville, but put the O/U line for Nashville at 35 points and the O/U line for Colorado at 45 points. So consistency isn't exactly their strong strength.
Easy. That "report" is utter BS. Foreign papers love to make shit up that have no basis in reality when it comes to MLS. To be fair, from what I've gathered is that he thinks the ceiling for Colorado is much higher than Nashville but thinks that they won't put it all together. The O/U line is something he put higher in order to maybe get a split on opinions in that preview segment in order to get a discussion. If he put the line at 35 for the Rapids I think everyone easily goes over and there is no discussion (like, for example, there was when Baer took the under on Atlanta).
Like the time someone spotted George Weah wearing a Yankees cap back in the day as a fashion accessory? No, it was proof that he was going to sign with the legendary Club Calcio Stella-Metro di Nuova York!
The man not the myth! Only mortal to earn World Player of the Year, European Player of the Year and African Player of the Year in one season. 1995!
...and then, because apparently that wasn't enough, eventually gets elected President of an entire country!
