Trumped up charges to go to war?

You know with all this talk of the Bush Administration lieing about Iraq made me remember a war from a few years back, and how a certain "leader" is on trial for supposed genocide and crimes against humaity.Its kind of funny how the war was pretty much pushed for by the media (most of the "evidence" for it was provided by them).

since then the trial has pretty much "disapeared " from their radar.Why is this? shouldnt they be so proud that they had such an instumental role in Clintons,Allbrights and NATO's little war against the serbs?they provided the smoking gun to give Clinton leverage bomb to Serbs and free the albanians from "oppression".
most of it has been found fraudelent and not fit to stand up in court.The charges of serb genocide against the Bosnians and Albanians have fallen apart in the eyes of the court and in truth the air campaign which relied so heavily on the Bosnian evidence should be examined.if the dems are so pro an international war crimes tribunal.. shouldnt they hand Allbright and Clinton over to the Hague to stand trial?afterall, they used what we know now as trumped up evidence to bomb civilians and tractors.isnt the murder of innocents a war crime?

Not following the case are you?of course not, since the media has been purposley not reporting it.why? because the "bad guys" as you call them are not going to be convicted.The prosecution is up ******** creek, they have no smoking gun and the only evidence of possible "ethnic cleansing" is from srebrenica.all the other evidence provided by the media has been proven to be either "staged" (as the famous footage of a concentrastion camp) or it cannot be pegged to any specific group (there have been accusations that Muslims were slaughtering each other).
the most damning evidence (srebrenica) is itself pretty shakey.First of all the claims of 7500 being massacred has been proven to be fictitious on numerous occasions.One of the most damning was by the red cross who found over 3000 of the listed victims to be on the Bosnian voter rolls some years later.So are these people alive or are the muslims practicing Chicago politics?well, the Red cross tracked down many of these people and found them alive.But of course nobody has reported that.Well what about all the corpses? a very valid arguement and this is the only thing with any legs.As of now 1000 bodies have been dug up around srebrenica.but of course one has to remember this was the scene of a pretty horrific battle.One must put into account this, and realize nearly all the bodies were found in military garb.knowing this one could go to france and dig up graves and use this to say the allied forces commited genocide.that all those unaccounted german soldiers were massacred by Americans.in truth sreberinca appears to be no different, it was the location of a very horrific battle and there is obvious evidence of this.
what does this all have to with Kosovo?
well , it was the "Bosnian evidence" which was used to validate the bombings.To this day no valid evidence has ever been presented to justify Clintons actions against Serbia and its people , that administration relied heavily on falsified documentation by the media and "witness accounts" from KLA Terrorists (Al Qaeda link)to commit hostile acts against another nation.of course the pictures of Arab Fighters in Kosovo with stacks of Serb heads (men,women and children) are conviently ignored.

The real criminals were the ones who ordered the bombing of Serbs who decided to defend themselves from the terrorists.and used lies to justify it.
