What is this game? I got home and caught the last few min of the first half. Who are these people on the field?

Multiple reasons why this is occurring.

Looking forward to getting the Cucho-Rossi-Ramirez attack back playing consistently together.

The big guns(Cucho, Ramirez, Nagbe), or just subs? It is rare for Nancy to make multiple, or even one sub, right after halftime.

 

That half was extremely meh and incredibly gross. However, the goal was clearly to get to half scoreless and then start subbing in the big guns, so mission accomplished in that respect.

Most disappointing player to me is Chambost. Doesn't feel like he adds anything regardless of where Nancy plays him.

 

I like that herrara likes to use his hands when defending. Really good at disguised grabs. He's also got that gressel crossing ability.

I see what he adds but don't think he raises the floor. He's more of a player when a team is in a low block and you need diagonals

Yeah, I still can’t pin down what Chambost’s role should be.

DeJuan has been disappointing as well, I didn’t think it would take him this long to break into the starting lineup, doesn’t look great tonight.

Herrera is… very eager to get involved. I’ll be charitable and say that.

I don’t like Cheberko on the right, he can only make dangerous passes into the middle when pressed because he has no right foot.

The goal was always to get to the 60-70th minute at 0-0, then sub. That’s what will happen.
