1. Moving back into Soldier field shouldn't count as anything big. 2. I am really surprised that Seattle was not mentioned on the list of possible expansion areas (but apparently he did, but the Trib didn't think enough to report it--see Daily Herald for several other cities not listed in the Trib article]. That being said, The Twin Cities and Philidelphia would be pretty good areas for expansion.
