Fun with national teams is over, and now it's back to the business at hand - what could be a tough match at Treviso. La Gazzetta lists this probable lineup:

    Buffon
    Birindelli Kovac Boumsong Chiellini
    Marchionni Zanetti Paro Nedved
    Trezeguet Del Piero

And on the bench: Mirante, Legrottaglie, Balzaretti, Giannichedda, Camoranesi, Zalayeta, Bojinov

Nice to have Legrottaglie back (there are some words I never thought I'd type) even though Boumsong appears set to hold his starting role.

BTW, the big Oct 11 date came and went. Juve appeared in front of the arbitrator, but I guess the rulings won't come down for another couple of weeks. Rumors have Juve's penalty getting reduced by as many as 10 points, but I'm not going to count on it.

I heard of a 5 point reduction, but it shouldn't really matter, right. ;)

Last season, this match ended in a 0-0 draw. Now that Capello and Ibra are gone, Juve should be able of getting 3 points.

Would that be addition by subtraction? ;)

Looks like Legrottaglie is STILL not fit enough to be on the travelling squad. Here are the callups that were made for tomorrow's match:

Buffon, Balzaretti, Birindelli, Belardi, Bojinov, Boumsong, Camoranesi, Chiellini, Del Piero, Giannichedda, Guzman, Kovac, Marchionni, Mirante, Nedved, Palladino, Paro, Trezeguet, Zalayeta e Zanetti.

Latest word on the starting lineup is that Camoranesi is likely to start instead of Marchionni while Balzaretti is again expected to get the start ahead of Italy's Under-21 hero Chiellini.

For those who are going to watch the match on tv, give us a report on how Andrea Russotto played.

    Thanks.

Wow, this couldn't of worked out any better for Del Piero. He can score his 200th goal in his hometown of Treviso (well, he comes from a small town outside of Treviso, but it is his home city)...

that was my thoughts exactly. Being from that region myself it would be brilliant to see that happen. He used to live about 30km from the Treviso city centre

me thinks that opening day tie was the best thing that could have happened to the team. As such we have won every game since.

I'm dying for this announcement to come to see if the points deficit has been reduced.

Great to see our victory series continuing! Have you maybe a link with a short summary or at least the goal? Thanx.

I really believe in re-promotion now! ;) What do you think about our chances?

    Buona notte.

if the points deficit gets reduced further (currently at -17) to the -5, as rumoured, we are definitely back in 'A' if we keep this pace.
