Great news! Some tickets have become available for the USA v Jamaica game in Kansas City. Please follow the link below. There are over 900 tickets available, and once they are gone, the store page will shut down (in other words, no wait list, no waiting for confirmation, etc). If your order goes through, you will be receiving your tickets.

These tickets are in the North end of the stadium and became available only today. We are sorry for the back and forth, but we can only do what US Soccer allows us to do. Only you and others who were denied tickets are being told about the availability of these for now.

Who is traffic on game day in and out of the stadium to the local KC peeps? Parking prices?

 

I am thinking about doing something silly and driving in for this game if I can find tickets.......

 

Parking is free and traffic is not bad. The area is set up for like 100k at the speedway across the street.

Yeah I've flown to Denver and to Columbus but I'm going with a different set of buddies for this game and they wanna drive up from San Antonio. Can't deal with driving back so I'm flying back Saturday afternoon as they have also decided to stay around for the Chiefs and Raiders game that Sunday.

 

If anyone learns of a source of tickets and can shoot me a PM it would be much appreciated. Stubhub rates are high, but not crazy. I will probably wait a week or so and then go that route.

 

How far is the stadium from the MCI airport??? Is it better to rent a car or taxi?

 

Rent a car.

It's an easy drive. 15-20 minutes.

 

We arrive Thursday evening and depart Saturday morning and I got a car through National for about $60. Even with gas, it's way cheaper than cabs, and you have a car.

 

So a buddy at the last minute decided to join us from California. If anyone has an extra AO tix please let me know. Will be at the stadium tailgating and will gladly help you to some food and beer as we'll as the money for the tix.

last game, yes. but not second to last. mexico plays at 930 eastern friday
