I posted this in the AO Hartford thread as well.

Hey guys. I'm a huge USMNT fan, but this will be my first ever national team game. I'm a US Army Soldier currently studying in Boston, and I'll be making the trip from Beantown with 8 other fellow students who love the game.

We are planning on checking in to the Marriot Residence Inn in the early afternoon, and then making it over to Lot 9 by 4pm. I've got a portable gas grill and plan on BBQ'ing and drinking until game time.

Hope to see you all there. I've waited all my life for a USMNT game, and now that its here I can't wait. Should be an opportunity of a lifetime.

    Talk to you all soon.

Watch out, this info might end up in a blog on Boston.com and the match might get canceled.

Please...I need to know if this is a serious post or not. Cause its driving me insane. If its a joke, then well played sir. You distracted me from work for almost an hour.

If, however, this is serious, then I require the following information:

    1) What club does this firm support?
    2) What other firms exist in the area? Do they rumble with each other?
    3) Who exactly fears and respects these guys?
    4) Are they aware that "Green Street Hooligans" was, in fact, just a movie?

I am looking for anyone leaving from NYC going to the Game that has room for one to hitch a ride. I am totally willing to pitch in some money for gas and such. Anyone....Anyone? Let me know.

1: newington mill and textile fc
2: the lads from avon are well hard, tis' true
3: it is known that the wankers from southington do not enter newington. ever.
4:yes, because in real life a firm would never have a gay like elijah wood as a member in good standing.

First off thanks a lot for protecting this great nation. No matter your political leanings or idealism everyone should give this giving man/woman a standing O at the BBQ. Scarificing for others is something well thought of but seldom done so THANK YOU! As for going to game for your first time; it should be fun. I was lucky to get to the US-Argentina match and that was a blast, this while not as large should still be a great time; when you get time off try to get to as many as possible.

Exactly. Nothing better then seeing troops at a US game. Also, first cap is quite an experience. Take it all in.

If you look at pictures from the 06 latvia game, there are plenty of USA flags. I'm going to bring mine in regardless of what these rules say, along with my vuvuzela
