    Hiya everyone!

I opened this thread for those who are going to support Israel in Switzerland!

I got my (eight) tickets on Saturday, when the official pre-sale began.
We are going to Zurich on the 01st of September and meet some swiss-chileanean friends there. On the 02nd we are going to support the U-21 in Fribourg and on the 03rd we are going to Basel. Due to some planned action we are not sitting in the away sector. But definitley we will see it on the game-day.

We hope some more Lads will make it also to Fribourg and of course to Basel.

So, if you are going to Switzerland, post here, and let us discuss if we can make a meeting somewhere around the games, what would be nice, cuase the stronger we look, the stronger we can support and our team will be!

    Have a nice week!

    Da'sh

PS: Only 16 hours and we are flying out to fvck Malmo!!!

    Good thread...

    i really want to come.

The question here is which way is everyone going. I see that a big majority of you guys are either from Israel or NY/Miami.

If thats the case, than i guess i should be planning, if i go....making arrangment from Toronto to La Guardia/Kennedy/Newark and then off to Switzerland.

How is the hotel going to be arranged?
How is the food and all going to be made?

    Flights

Currently the game is still on the Sabbath and the cheapest flight is Arkia direct to Basel from Tel-Aviv for $419. I know that Beitar Jerusalem (the BigSoccer.com guy) is going from New York but hasn't booked his ticket yet. He got an initial price of $560 to Zurich via London. He needs nine more people to bring the price down to a group fare. Send him a private message if you are also considering going.

Re: Switzerland - Israel (Travel thread)

    i will contact Beitar Jerusalem.

The thing is, that i may just go to Kennedy and connect to a swiss flight.
If possible...does Beitar Jerusalem have an extra bed which i can crash for a night or so? :)

  6. Flying There?

I definently will not have an extra bed because I am hopefully meeting up with family from Israel but I might have an extra ticket to the match. $560 was the cheapest I could find on the internet and Kappa18 I need you to bring eight more people to get a discounted group fare. Do you think you can find people in the New York area?

Re: Switzerland - Israel (Travel thread)

    Hiya Be'eri!

We paid 36 SFR (Swiss Franks) what is about 20 € (Euros) per ticket!
A friend from Zurich organized the tickets for us!

Won't be at the game, to expensive just to fly for the game...
Will be back in Israel around X-mas cause the university is closed for two weeks, and cause of exams I can arrange a trip of about 3 weeks in Dec and Jan. Anyway I hope there will be more games in "normal" european countries to support Israel and some teams!

Hell, what teams PT and MTA got! No chance to go there!

Hopefully Thun is winning and facing Haifa. Game will be in the new stadium of Bern (opening yesterday)! and just three hours by car (350 km)!!!

    Oh Yeah!

Got my tickets for the match. So far I haven't booked a flight and I am counting on the Swiss FA to move the hour of the match later because of the Sabbath.

    Hiya!

Sorry for not writing News, but I just came back from my trip to Bavaria. Tomorrow morning we are going to Zurich. Won't be in Fribourg, there is a game in Zurich, what is nice and not 200 km from Zurich.

@ KYHS: Basel is a fvcked up city. Ugly and no sights, but some nice bars and cafes. We will go to Basel in the morning, so if you wanna meet, send me an email today so I can send you my Mobilenumber. Would be nice. We are five to eight ppl, incl. my parents who are coming with us. So we will be nice guys at the game and in the city.

@ all who are travelling: It is flagday, so bring all your Israel flags!!!

Will be back here tonight, for a lasr reply.
