I just saw on the evening news a story about a travel agent who scammed 1,200-1,500 Japanese fans. The tour included game tickets, plane faire, and hotels. It seemed they had a deal to get game tickets from a tour company in China!! Of course the company is not answering the telephones and neither is the Chinese tour company. To make matters worse on the travel agents web site it specifically states that they are not responsible for air ticket changes, hotel changes or failure to get game tickets. Seems like legally they may have problems getting refunds. Didn't something like this happen during France '98? Remember folks, tickets can only be purchased through FIFA.
