Would one of you lads be so kind as to translate the following pop-up?

I reckon it says the initial amateur-only rounds of the FA Cup kick off on March 15.... am I right?

It says if you want to participate in FA Cup that is held between 2003 April and July you must enrol at 'team type 2 registeration' at www.i2kfa.net. To participate in this year's FA Cup you must do this before the end of 15th of March.
