Agree and I also like Kone better than Ederson, progressive carries for example is something we need in midfield. However his injury rap sheet is probably even worse though (potentially less serious single injury but far more persistent hamstring and muscular issues). Frying pans and fires?
Manu Koné is definitely worth a deep and serious look. However, a part of me also wishes we try hijacking Liverpool's transfer of Kaishu Sano from Mainz 05. Sano played all matches for Mainz in the last 2 seasons.

I see Tielmans as a breaking of the rule for short term gain. At the WC he showed he still has some ability. We need reinforcements and so he was added tonthe squad. I would be surprised if his contract is more than 2 years. Also Edersom wasted a lot of time. It doesn't seem like a panic buy but kind of a I am leaving here with something. I see him as the backup 8-10 at his age. Santos until further notice is our 6 which means we are still shopping.
