Can’t see Smalling leaving this month. He'll go in the summer

Haven’t seen much of him but from his goal vs Milan he looks like a bodybuilder. They’re are rumors we want Schuurs from Torino post Smalling.

Zaniolo and his agent are betting that Roma can't finish the season without reinvesting in a replacement. So it's going to be a game of chicken

Zaniolo missing out on the matches won't be that big of a deal considering how many matches he would've missed anyway, we're probably talking about effectively losing him for like 8 matches.

The bigger problem with him staying here is that we can't spend those 30m to reinforce the squad with osmeone who would've played 15+ matches instead of 8-ish and might have been more useful for our tactics overall on top of that.

0 IQ play from Zaniolo and his agent. He still has another 18 months on his contract, that’s a long time he’s going to be waiting if he wants to stay in Italy.

Mendes planted a story to help get Mourinho hired again at Chelsea.

Not much is said about Zaniolo's actual future, outside of Mourinho confirming that Zainolo is staying for now. Some of his comments might be interpreted as damage control for Zaniolo's sake, as he mentions Zaniolo having made his desire to not continue playing for Roma clear a month ago, where it feels like he actually did it a week ago.

If Zaniolo has been honest with the team and didn't strong-arm the management, they wouldn't have reacted so angrlly with him now. It doesn't make sense.

It's most likely his scumbag of an agent and Zaniolo tried to pull another Destro on Roma, with the same team benefiting no less. Eat the loss, make an example of him, so we won't have to eat 10 more losses like that down the line. When are we going to pull the same prank on Milan - pick a core player, offer 2mil more in wages and make the player strong-arm them into loaning them to us for free, so we either weaken them with a free loan or by pushing that first-team player away from their squad. ******** those b*tches Milan.

The 20th in the Premier League gets about 115 mil euro from TV Rights.

The 15th gets 140 mil euro

The 10th gets 155 mil euro

Those are conservative numbers. Meanwhile Inter got €84.2m, Juve got €77.9m, Milan got €77.8m, Napole got €68.5m and Roma got €64.1m and the last Venezia got €32m

So basically the last in PL earns 3-4 times more than the last in Italy, and almost 50% more than the 1st in Italy. That's why they're ready to pay big to stay in PL and every place up gives you like 5mil more.

Its not surprising this Bilan tard doesn't know that, considering he has been living under a rock for the past decade until they fluked a title last year.

His contribution is net negative most of the times , so many times he got into good position but bottled the chance because he is selfish. Roma will be a better team without him playing

How much of that is because of CalcioPoli? Some people say EPL being English helps but I have never found that to be that key.
