Pellegrini - massive pay cut, squad player non starter.....then he can stay.

Dybala - paid per appearance, starter when 100% fully fit only.....then he can stay.

Celik - pay cut, squad player non starter.....then he can stay.

El Sha - good servant but time to move on. C'mon now.

    Otherwise goodbye.

A fair wage for Dybala is around 3-4 million a year and i think thats acceptable for the player he is. Even on limited performances the quality he brings is multiple levels above every other player. If they end up in the conferance he can be rested for those games and doing proper recovery training during the week. Even better no Europe. You will likely end up seeing a player play a lot of the league games and stay fit. Theres not much to be excited about in this squad so giving up on an asset like him without being creative with the contract would be a mistake.

Hopefully he takes Massara with him with enough time to get someone in to start ground work before a busy summer.

Ugh.....it's hard to know what to think at this stage.

Part of me wants to see what Gasp can do in a second (3rd....4th) year.....but the apparent time he has for a certain cohort of players is troubling.

As for possible outgoings this summer. I think Kone will want out and gets sold. Ndicka I would say is 50/50. I dont believe he'll want out like Kone but he may be sold anyway. Fairly confident Soule, Wesley and Svilar will still be here. Be wont be surprised if significant interest comes in for Wesley this summer, especially if he has a strong WC. So a hard to refuse offer is possible.

Holding onto Svilar & Wesley will be big wins, I agree Koné and N'Dicka look likely to leave - especially as any N'Dicka sale will be all plusvalenza. If he does go I wouldn't mind seeing Mancini stay on to keep some consistency in the backline, Ziolowski & Ghilardi are definitely ready but still a little raw.

The Koné >-< Fratessi rumours have been circulating.

Tiago Pinto knew he'd be long gone before that came back to bite him. It's going to make a sale more complicated and most probably means more players will have to be sold.

Celik I can somewhat understand even though he's still average. But El Shaarawy? Seriously?

Sure he doesnt have the legs of even 5 years ago but when you factor in experience, technical quality, ability to play multiple positions, clealry a good trainer and never causes an issue within the group, why not have his as a backup? He could still go to a midtable club like a Genoa and be the main man but if hes taking a fair wage here as a squad player, why the want to get him out? You need a strong squad after all.

Goal in 3-0 win over Chelsea prob the one that stands out most to me.

A cheeky derby goal and helping us back to CL would be a fitting sign off.

I hope he'll keep playing somewhere else in Serie A.... perhaps Genoa with De Rossi?
