Sasan Ansari from Foolad Khuzestan joined Persepolis Tehran. He scored 9 and assisted 4 goals in last year. He is most likely a replacement for Taremi but his main position is RW.

Montazeri linked with Esteghlal. They are building a very strong team potentially can be as good as the 2013 one

They can make a good team if there is enough money. You and I know that Persepolis and SS are both under sport ministry and they don't privatize these two famous clubs for political and security reasons. Sport ministry won't like to spend too much for either of these clubs but SS has been on shopping spree recently so they put a hold on SS further shopping. Persepolis is still paying back the debt and the money for unnecessary high wages of prior seasons. corrupt managements and greedy agents brought huge debt for SS and Persepolis in past few years.

Now I think sport ministry limit both SS and Persepolis as much as possible on spending. SS acted faster to get more players as they did last year. As you know the budget for Persepolis and SS comes from same source so whoever spend more can limit the chance of another to get good players. This year Persepolis only brought Beiro and SS already signed Bakhtiar and Vouria. I think SS is smarter in transfer season. Persepolis coach is still in Croatia while Mansourian is busy cherry picking in IPL.

The condition of both SS and Persepolis in next season depends on the availability of financial back up right now.

It seems Mansourian is getting ready for ACL with these type of shopping lists, but the rumors has it that Iranian ACL spots will reduce from 3+1 to 2+1 and if that happens it means SS will be out of ACL.

It looks like SS Tehran is just looking after Persepolis list of players. Branko gave a list of players to be signed for next season and left for Croatia (the list was somehow leaked to media) and SS Tehran (Esteghlal) coach Mansourian went just after these players. Either Mansourian wants to copy cat everything from Branko as he admitted he wanted to learn from Branko's tactics when he was in Naft Tehran, or SS Tehran wants to harm Persepolis by taking our best players and creating void in our team (Persepolis). What ever the case is, it is getting out of hand and will harm both Persepolis and SS Tehran.

Kanaani Zadegan who had a contract with Persepolis but went to Malavan for his military service, was supposed to come back to Persepolis and play for the rest of his contract but in an odd move he signed a new contract with SS Tehran. (Apparently he wanted higher wages because he became a NT player despite having a fixed rate)

This is his contract with Persepolis Tehran and Persepolis is going to complain about this move which results in some controversial and BS decision that harm both clubs. The final result will create a lot of controversy around a possible solid and young CB for NT. Kanaani is one of best CBs in Iran in my opinion and Persepolis made a big mistake not negotiating a fair deal with him. He also made a mistake going to opposite club and involving himself in this BS early in his career. Whatever happens we can not count on Kanaani anymore and I can hardly think about a good replacement in his position, we may find an old CB but not a young and solid player like Kanaani. (only PAG is somewhat close to him). And with this episode we lost our best candidate for one of our two key positions. Persepolis was a good team last season but we lost the title because of our bad CBs and shaky GK. Now we have good GKs but our CB position is in disarray. Husseini is the experience CB we needed and Kanaani (22) was the young CB that should have covered Husseini (34). A big mistake here by Persepolis not securing Kanaani and buying Amiri in a position which we had Alishah.

    Kanaani contract with Persepolis

Kanaani signing a contract with Persepolis rival SS Tehran. (SS Tehran CEO is deputy of Sport Minister as well so the final outcome is really odd because of SS Tehran influence in sport ministry)

Another Persepolis mistake not taking Persepolis youth player Mehrdad Mohamadi. Sepahan jumped in and signed this upcoming talent. He has a bright future. (scored 9 goals for Rah Ahan last season)

Another former Persepolis player, Mohamad Nouri joined Tractor Sazi. He is a very good player but inconsistent unfortunately.

Khaleghifar left Persepolis. He wasn't a great player, so nothing to worry about. Good luck.

Yes, Karrar reunited with Amir Ghalenoei.

Tractor are making way too many old signings and it will screw them next season especially with all league/cup/ACL, big mistake but typical Ghalenoei signings.

Really puzzles my why Iranian clubs and especially Tractor and Esteghlal are in love with him. Its true on his day he can beat anyone, but they keep expecting his personality to change, which it hasn't. I'll be suprised if he is at tractor by november

Karar can not beat everyone in PGPL. He was a decent player with some techniques when he was in SS. But he started to behave differently on and off the pitch after a while, creating controversies one after another. He has some behavioral issues a day he fights with his teammates, another doesn't go to training, bitching about his contract, insulting referees, players, and Iranian league, and giving provoking interviews to yellow magazines ,... his BS is too much for any team even in Iraq I believe. I saw him was fighting with an Iraqi football player in Iraqi league after he left Iran last time.

Going after over 30s player is getting the habit of Ghalenoi. For past 3-4 years he has been relying on many over 30 years old players, and achieve nothing more than 5th or 6th in PGPL. I won't see anything special about Tractor for next season anyway.

@ Zandi: Tractor is not participating in next ACL. Persepolis, SS Tehran, SS Khuzestan and Zob Ahan will be participating in next ACL.
