It is fishy because all of a sudden he had a guaranteed spot on the world cup roster after just being capped 2 times.
I thought we were supposed to know by the end of this week? I guess next week we will know by the end of the following week?…
Didn't something like this happen last year with Tecatito? But, at the end of the day he left with Vitesse even if Monterrey didn't want to.
He went to Twente actually. But yeah. Monterrey wanted him to sign a new deal, he refused, then they send him with the B team until his situation was solved. That was pretty shity from Monterrey. Thankfully everything was solved in Tecatito's favor.
It was part of the process in becoming a Porto player, it pays off in the longrun rather than dead end liga MX. He bulked up and improved in many aspects, liga MX was not interested in developing him he was a twig when he came from America. The B team took the pressure off so that he could grow into what porto wants him to be
Porto doesnt make purchases for the hell of it, they got some of the best scouts in the world look up their track record most players they buy they always sell for more. We are talking about a club that basically developed/discovered a whole generation of Colombian talent : (Falkao, guarin, james rodriguez, quintero, jackson martinez. Now they are going with the Mexi wave , looking at their history I got ZERO problems with that
I know their track record... James, Falcao, Moutinho, Pepe, etc... That doesn't mean any young player they sign will be world class. There's always an exception to the rule. e.g. Anderson, Diego, Iturbe, etc...
You talk of Anderson, Diego, Iturbe as if they flopped. I consider those 3 class players IDK about you ! -_-, those 3 would be kings in la liga MX would they not? edit: hell if Anderson, Diego, and Iturbe were Mexican they would go down as 3 of the best among Mexicans in history! lol
Wilas just got Oribe so why the hell do they want to keep Raul for another 6 months? just let him go already
