Raul just turned 23, he is at the age limit for going to a good club in Europe and greatly benefitting from the experience. Once a player gets to 24, it is harder for clubs to buy them and harder for a player to benefit from the move.
Classie, Oliver Torres and Herrera is a very interesting midfield unit. Martins Indi would be stiff competition for Reyes.
