Even better. They want a loan which I very much doubt that flu will give them considering their place in the league and libertadores. But if not I wish they could agree to it before the window is over that it may start in january after flus important games are played. Sucks though that he will miss their CL games. I think the new format looks super exciting. Facing 8 teams instead of 3 in the first phase. It's going to be a very nice autumn this.

Yeah and Flu just sold one of their best players this week in Andre. Man all these Brazilian clubs selling their young braizliains for big money and holding back our guys. TBH it would be crazy with them still in libertadores and a point above the relegation zone to sell Andre and Arias right when they finally are getting some momentum too.

Yes exactly. But if the loan deal is good and their option to buy is 20M or something maybe they can agree to it for january. He should do everything to go to Girona and I don't care if he stays until january there are only four more months.

I think it seems likely if he goes it'll be in January which seems fine at this point, probably have more options considering the window has a day left.

most teams are broke and January are loan moves to move the budget to the following. Season.

they won’t get more money for him in January unless he scores every qualifier left this season. His value is high because of copa America. Come January other players will make a name for themselves in Europe and his non eu status will fk him

Seems like the Girona rumours died for arias.:( Only a ton of Galatasaray stuff but I don't want him to go there anymore, he should go directly to a top league or not at all.

Italy closed so no Cuesta to Torino sadly. Im fine with the guys who stayed in Brazil but Cuesta to Italy would have been for him

Girona got a dutch LW on loan. I guess he was the alternative to Arias even if arias plays more RW. And it also makes sense it seems as though Girona likes to bring in guys from the same nationality to help eachother out. They already had 2 colombians and 2 dutch guys I think, so now they brought in a third dutch guy.

I guess it's good for the squad and the league and CL. But sad for Arias since I think that ship has definitely sailed now even for january or next year.

Both McKenie and Raniot are trash

and I’d rather Arias remained in Brazil

ya forget Galatasaray, they seem to be just adding all the players and don't even have champions league. Turkey isn't really a step up from Brazil if you don't have champions league, rather stay at a stable situation and you can pick a better spot in January.

I agree it's good money and he really is a star in that league. I don't think he'd be better being benched in a midtable team somewhere. For his age it's perfect. At least it's not saudi arabia. I think i'd have a problem living in that culture for any longer periods of time.

problem is all the Russian sanctions due to the Ukraine conflict. All their athletes in all competition have really had to suck it now for years,...It's too bad because he's still playing at a high level.
