He's played most of his career in Seria A and several years in the Prem. He's made his money, but yeah, can never fault someone for taking care of themselves. Just think this means he should be done for the NT.
staying at Napoli he would still start.... he left for money. After next season he could go to a smaller Italian team or Spanish team and potentially keep playing. Hopefully this ends his NT journey he can potentially be #3 like Mondragon at Next WC. But we need to move on from him and Vargas
Yeah he did leave for money and its probably the right decision. We aren't going to the World Cup and his career is nearing the end, can't really blame him for cashing in. I'm sure he could keep playing at a high level, but doubt he's getting much of a pay day, James on the other hand had a ton more options, is younger and already has made a shitload of money. Just cash in and sock it away and honestly at least he'll be playing every week which is better then riding the bench just about anywhere else for NT reasons.

bummer didn't see they aren't in the Prem. But he should get that $$$ in the EPL. Should have went to Italy or Spain to a smaller team then made the jump to a bigger team but we will see what his level is. He def been a 2nd tier prospect hope he has a good career.
