Ajax just announced their selling Ziyech to Chelsea so going after Quintero would actually make a lot of sense, they have a very similar game offensively.
Yeah Quintero is a much better player right now and much more ready to step in right away, when I heard the rumor I was hesitant to think it would happen because of Ziyech, they are so similar, now that he's gone it makes a lot of sense. Sell Ziyech and buy Quintero who is a bit younger for less.
younger, faster and maybe could mean a businness in the future if he is good. We have to be realistic, Quintero cant play 90 minutes in south america (before his injure)....ajax dont want tthat...............carrascal maybe neither but at least they can have a hope because of his age
I agree. And Carrascal's style can be better for Europe with less pauses and more direct plays. If they are looking into Quinterito it is probably just based on the hopes he can stay healthy and play like he did in the World Cup which seems like a long time ago now. They also may be trying to get him at a low deal and then sell him if he does play up to their standards.
maybe ill get to see him live (I might be going to a Miami game against NYRB) Bienvenido, Andrés Reyes! The 20yr old Colombian youth international center back joins #InterMiamiCF on a year-long loan with an option to exercise a permanent transfer.https://t.co/RoPIsN8FtB— Inter Miami CF (@InterMiamiCF) February 13, 2020
Pfff. Took Miami long enough to get their team...yes I know that I grew up there but me and another colombian down there are proud NYCFC fans. But I am happy that Miami can finally give the locals a chance to bring something to the MLS culture. Orlando has treated their team and players well and I know miami will be no different.
meh I don't care about it taking time as long as they develop a competitive squad. They got a decent team for the league I think. That mexican dude Pizarro signed too. He should be good for MLS I think.

And hopefully the start and finish their stadium near Miami Airport ahead of time. Can't picture myself driving all the way to Lockhart more than a couple of times...
yep I don't see myself dragging my ass all the way to fort lauderdale every week. Tbh im only going this time because of a friend of mine. I lost a good chunk of interest once I found out they were going to play up there. Nothing surprising though, the politics in this city have always sucked really bad. Unsurprising that nothing half decent ever really happens here.
I disagree with you somehow. The issue is that after the Marlins screwed everyone with their stadium, politicians became very reluctant to gave money and tax cuts to sports teams. Becks and his partners have been treated harshly, basically because the county doesn’t want another team pocketing money and then refusing to play fair. Ironically, Inter seems to be well managed and money conscious, but they have faced a lot of scrutiny and obstacles to build their house in Miami. Location wise, I don’t like Lockhart because it’s far from me and I hope they find land on the west side of Miami, but the latest proposed site near the airport, close to expressways and the train station would be convenient for most fans. https://www.intermiamicf.com/en/club/facilities/miami-freedom-park
thats what they get for spending money on probably the lamest american sport there is. genuinely shocked he didn't give up at some point, man spent years just trying to get things started. I would have loved his original idea, having the stadium near downtown by the ocean. Would have been really close to my house and in a much nicer area than Hialeah (which is next to the airport). will be a while to say the least before we see that stadium happen, but at this point im thinking it will happen (the one by the airport). on a side note, I ran into Niki Budalic once a few months ago. He's pretty tall.

been meaning to post that but was too lazy. Josef Martinez got injured so they might get someone else, not too fussed over Bacca at this point in time
