can we plz have a thread of only the transfer news??? since i don't have time to check this forum out everyday and the offseason thread is about 20 pages, which makes it a bit hard to keep up. so i'll get is started: ezquerro in free transfer from bilbao, van bommel in free transfer from PSV, riquelme out 4 mil??? to villareal this thread would be great for people who have a bit less time on their hands and wanna keep up with all the transfers. btw www.goal.com doesn't have a complete set of transfer news. Fiorentina bought frey, brocchi and pasqual. never knew about it until today.
JRR 7M Euros to Villareal. Well 7M + 2M to Boca + 3M If Villreal make the CL next year + 25% of any future transfer for Barca.
If you're looking for a more Primera Division- oriented collection of transfers, there's an altas y bajas page on Marca: http://www.marca.com/futbol/altasbajas05/primera.html It's usually pretty up to date.
Check this out. These are the altas so far for Mallorca: MALLORCA Héctor Cúper Toni Prats (Betis), Kome* (Mallorca), Perera*, Nagore* (Celta), Delibasic*, Toni González (Ciudad) y Fernando Navarro* (Barcelona) The asterisk means that they've returned from loan. Did we all miss something here?
Does anyone know who Diego Lugano from Sao Paulo is? Marca wrote that barca is interesting on him. Check the link
Official: Fernando Navarro is going on loan to Mallorca this season. The reports are on both Sport and EMD today: http://www.sport.es/default.asp?idpublicacio_PK=34&idioma=CAS&idnoticia_PK=223536&idseccio_PK=637&h= That's fine I guess. If the club thought he would get minutes this season, they would've kept him around.
I think the feeling is that if we belive that they have potential to improve and either; a) rejoin the club at a latter date or b) be sold once they have shown improvement I like that we do it, we can monitor their development and retain the option to call them home if we decide they are ready
Chris has a point. We don't want to give away players for small fees that turn out to be worth more in the future.
i saw him play inthe Copa Libertadores and he was pretty good, made some important blocks for Sao Paulo
I've seen him play too, he's strong, fast and has good technique, we should sign him to get some competition inside the yorugua NT
One of our reserves was transferred out: http://www.uefa.com/footballcentral/news/Kind=2/newsId=314874.html
