Grosso played tons of foreigners at Sassuolo as well...this is not surprising.

At least Fiorentina have a ton of good prosming Italians on their team. What is Como's excuse for not having any besides Liberali? They literally bought him to meet their Italian quota bc they dont wanna play them, and ppl thought this was the best move for him.

Fiorentina are building a serious squad!
Milan and Juve could finish outside the top 4 again.
Fiorenitna have a good Italian core already.

Very average goalkeeper Ravaglia. Watford fans are really starting to get fed up with the Pozzo ownership

Objectively speaking, Fiorentina have moved very well in the market so far. They hoarded Italian talents last year so they can afford to let some go. Fazzini has already left. Then they have to sell:

    - Piccoli (rumoured to be going to Lazio)
    - Brescianini (no space and Fiorentina also looking to bring in another mid)

Comuzzo is said to be on the market but the money they want is nonsensical. Many teams are said to be interested.

Lastly, Paris FC and Burnley have reached an agreement for Koleosho, but the player is holding out for a move to Fiorentina.

With Juve negotiating with Kessie, I find it difficult to believe they will also make a play for Zaniolo. The doors keep closing for him

Udinese has the leverage Zaniolo has made disaster after disaster. Seems like he is just a tool and his parents/agents tell him what to think. He needed to prove himself again with Udinese not demand a huge salary because of one half decent season.

After rumours of wanting to return to Serie A, it looks like Chiesa is doing well in the Liverpool preseason. This stupid ******** could have really helped us during qualifying.

LOL maybe the new manager will favour him Slot clearly did not want him at all.
he is fit now and he is not old. his legs have a lot less miles on them than they should.
I would not be surprised if his second act begins now.

for sure he will only be 30 by euro 2028. he will be in the mix if he gets playing time at his club especially if the next manager wants to play a 433.

So many Italian fans will lose their minds if players like Bastoni or Chiesa rejoin the team in the future but I am all for them as long as they prove it with their current form. Bastoni would do wonders if he joined Madrid or Barca and played in a back 4, but I think this underage case is preventing that from happening.

Bastoni made a stupid mistake but there's no reason he cannot be part of the current team going forward. He' still one of he top CB's in he world at least in a specific role. I still don't know why he cannot play the Bonucci role for us. At the very ;east he's always made himself available for us.

Chiesa looks to have flat out quit on us unless there is something we are all missing. That is much harder to forgive

We need to move on from the Inter players except for Pio, Chiesa's time should also be up for the NT team as well, he will serve no purpose at his age (30 for next tournament) and he's incredibly injury prone. Let's not waste any time with him while robbing another young player's experience in favor of his.

    Bastoni? He's a cancer.

If we're looking to build a future we actually need to prepare for one, most of these players have been average/below average for the NT.

I think Zaniolo found his dimension with Udinese. The problem is that Udinese are a club of 0 ambition. There is no effort on the part of ownership to make this club competitive enough for the European spots. The whole goal of Udinese is to make the team competitive enough to stay in Serie A and make profits off player trading. So for Zaniolo he hit a dead end but it’s probably his best option to stay put.

Also sidebar, however villainous any of you think Como are, Udinese and Lecce are 10x worse

Monza are trying to sign Daniel Tonoli from Modena. I’ve heard good things online. From his highlights he seems to have decent technique for a CB
