"Construction on the Red Bulls' training facility and team offices in Hanover, N.J. will not start on Thursday as originally hoped.

Red Bulls managing director Marc de Grandpre said the start was contigent on finalizing an agreement with Hanover officials Wednesday. However, that agreement was not finalized, according to a Red Bulls spokesman.

It is not known when the agreement will be completed or construction will begin, a Red Bulls spokesman said."
