I'm flying to London in a couple of weeks and planning to visit a few of the London grounds.

Does Arsenal offer tours of Highbury? I noticed that clubs like Chelsea and Tottenham offer such tours for a small fee. Any input would be appeciated.

They used to but I think you have to book early. Not sure if they still do it nowadays, but at least you can still visit their museum. Don't know if it's my pc, but Arsenal.com seems to be a bit slow at the moment, so I can't check it out for you.

You can visit the Arsenal museum, I think every day (maybe excluding matchdays) but call the Club to check out opening times. From the USA 011 44 207 704 4000 or within London, 0207 704 4000. I think they charge about £4 ($6).
Also West Ham Utd. have a museum now which displays the World Cup winners medals of Hurst, Moore and Peters from 1966. That is £6 ($9) entry fee. Opening times are from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 6pm. Hope this helps.

    Tour information

I took the tour back in March. It was amazing. Starts in the Gunners dressing room and then up to the directors box, the Trophy case and media room. Then back downstairs out the tunnnel and onto the sidelines to the home and visitors bench area. You are not allowed on the field, unless perhaps you have been cremated first. And then to the museum. It takes about 2-1/2 hours depending how much time you spend in the museum.

    Contact details

Iain Cook icook@arsenal.co.uk or 011-44-207-704-4106 is the Museum Curator and Tour Guide. He's the man to contact for stadium tours. It's a good idea to contact him before you travel as they don't have tours daily and definitely not on match days or the the day preceeding a match day. The museum is open every Friday (unless there's a match) from 9 til 4.

    Re: Tour information

Just to add to this, make sure that you book as far in advance as possible. I waited too long, and wasn't able to get the tour on my trip to London. It's my biggest regret about that trip....well, that and Kevin Kilbane's shot to tie the match at 2-2...
