He appears to be back in training with Ajaccio, according to his IG story today.

Didn't make the 18 for Ajaccio's 1-0 win today. He hasn't made the bench in any of their 5 Ligue 2 matches this season, but as the above post mentions, did play 11 minutes against Valenciennes in the Coupe de la Ligue on August 13.

Also got 16 minutes in their August 27th Coupe de la Ligue defeat against Nancy.

    And he's a 63 overall in FIFA 20. :p

After the French government announced that no sporting events would be permitted before September, the French Ligue de Professional Football made the decision to end the Ligue 1 and 2 seasons using the standings at the time of abandonment to determine promotion and relegation. It was decided that two teams would be promoted to Ligue 1 and no promotion playoffs would be held. This means that AC Ajaccio finish in third (a promotion playoff spot in a normal season), one point off of promotion. Some clubs are talking about reserving the right to appeal the decision. Ajaccio were trying to get support for a promotion playoff in July. Also, the ex-club president says the club fells like a cuckold.

Tall played 27 minutes in the Coupe de la Ligue in two substitute appearances. Ajaccio were eliminated in the second round. He did not appear in a Ligue 2 game day squad. Finally, Tall scored 3 goals and collected 2 yellow cards in 673 minutes (9 starts) with AC Ajaccio II in the fifth tier Championnat National 3 Group D: Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur-Corsica. Their was a stretch from 10/5/19 to 2/16/20 where he only made one appearance which may hint at an injury. AC Ajaccio II finished fifth in the group as play as been cancelled for the remainder of the season by the FFF.

Not clear if Maki's contract ends this summer, but seems doubtful Ajaccio will keep him given his lack of playing time.

Ok, I think we can write this guy off from having any future with the Nats (or even MLS).

Seriously, the Jupiler League isn't half bad, especially the Top 6, but the 3rd division is only slightly above Sunday/Rec League standard.

Man what a fall. Ever since he scored that goal in first match of U20 WC and then got injured it’s been all down hill from there

Made an appearance in the 2nd half. Some praise from the club's minimalist Twitter feed:

Corner of Lai and goal of newcomer Abderrahmane! Maki Tall, well into the match, has also created several possibilities.

How old is he? The few times I saw him play then, I thought he had potential.
