As Mourinho once said; "He's (Pedro Mendes) the ultimate professional".

Aw come on, you don't have to call me god. But if you want to...

It's just the tricks of the game.. Mendes is being linked to Chelsea along with Maniche and Aldo Duscher.

...good. If he goes to Chelsea, we can get £6 million for him.

But now, Lucho Gonzalez of Porto is being linked to Chelsea and Mendes back to Porto as his replacement.

That's nice.. :D but, it's not me who is buying them. Planetfootball carried the story, and if Mourinho wants Lucho then I suppose he has an idea where to play him. Might mean moving someone on.. or it might just be crap. Makelele will need replacing soon.

I am surprised at it anyway, Lucho only moved from River quite recently. It's be strange to move again, I would question whether he's ready for a step up to Chelsea yet and whether he'd fit in.

Personally, I'd expect Maniche to go to Chelsea. But he's lined up at At Madrid but the Rosicky deal (to Madrid) fell through.

At Madrid are skint. How can they afford any players??

I hope that Mendes doesn't move to another Premiership club. I would hate it if he was to play against us, and score.......from the half-way line.

Our preformance must improve against West Brom, They are tough to beat at home and have beaten Man Citeh and Arsenal there.

It will be interesting to see who starts tomorow between Keane and Defoe, both scoring goals latley. Hope King will be ok.

Aw, you bastard. I didn't know, ruined the film..

I'm halfway through Titanic too, I want to see what the people of New York make of this ship. It's going to be sweet!

....I heard a great conspiracy theory about Titanic. Has anyone else heard that Titanic never sailed at all, but it was the twin sister ship of the Titanic that sunk?

These games are why we have a deep team. If we cannot take our quality depth to win a game against West Brom, then something has gone terribly wrong. Time to see how Dawson runs the show in the back without King, and how Tanio dictates the game from the front. Hungry strikers with service should see an exciting game, and 3 points for Spurs. Anything else would be a major disappointment to me.

    Team:

    -----------Robinson
    Stalteri-Gardner-Dawson-Lee
    Routledge-Carrick-Davids-Jenas
    ---------Defoe-Rasiak

Subs: Cerny, Pamarot, Brown, Keane, Mido

I saw Rasiaks goal in the Chelsea reserve game, my god it was unbelievable. He was outside the area he chipped it up for himself and volleyed it into the top corner from 30-35 yards.

Good to see Routledge in the team.

Its a blow King being out but if Gardner plays like he did before he got injured then we will be ok.

West Brom have Kanu, Ellington and Kamara playing so they maybe playing with 3 upfront or with Kanu behind the strikers.

I'm happier they're playing those three up front. Didn't they play a 5-4-1 at the weekend or something? With any luck Kanu being behind the other two will create some space for Jenas to take advantage of.

great, WBA are going to try to score a lot with no Ledley at the back. Its good to see Rasiak starting. I have a good feeling about his preformance. Is Davids the captain?

alright, off to watch the mercyside derby b/c this one isnt on here.

Gardner is getting torn apart by the Commentators, and the WBA attack. The clown has no position sense.

    Halftime, down 1-0.

    Ugly 1st half stats.

God, I hope Jol shakes things up for the second half.

er....We'll still win this one. WBA will just defend for their lives now, and the quality of Defoe will see us through.
