i read he was boycotting the team until he got permanent citizenship. what is going on with the supreme court case, will our beloved TOTO get israeli citizenship and play for the National Team again?

He got his citizenship earlier this year (June 2007) after FIFA ruled that only "full citizens" can play for a national team.

Tamuz is fine citizenship wise, however he hasn't gotten much playing time previously because Beitar was starting Barak Itzchaki and Romulo as their strikers, now that Itzchaki is off to Genk, Tamuz should see more playing time and we will see just how good he is.

Well, Itzchaki left and some guy from Bolton came to watch him...and Toto still only came on as a sub in the last 7 minutes in Beitar's last game. There are issues about his fitness level, but it's hard to see how he will improve in that respect without getting real match minutes.

Who has been teaming up with Romulo on the attack if not Toto Tammuz? Speaking of players not getting enough time on the pitch, did anyone see Shlomi Arbeitman's missed opportunity on Sunday?
