Sorry it took so long to actually write about this... Who was at the Metapan game?
    I sit in section 111...

During the game this dude walked down a section behind where some of the galaxy players were warming up and HURLED a silver MLS ball on to the field and then walked back into the concourse. It rolled out to Saunders and he kicked it back towards the bench.

So I witnessed that and thought it was weird. Was this some sort of time wasting technique? (it was like the 11th minute.)

No more than 2-3 minutes later the same guy (pretty big dude, wearing Galaxy hat and backpack) walked down section 110-111 and HURLED another silver MLS ball onto the field. Right over the Galaxy bench and almost directly at Beckham. A lot of coaches turned around with a WTF/angry look on their face. I was puzzled, nobody in any section said or did anything and security as far as I could tell just let the guy walk back up into the concourse...

    He looked pretty pissed off...

Anyone have any insight on what happened, did anyone actually see this to???

I remember a ball being rolled out onto the field while another ball was in play and Saunders running over and kicking it out, but I didn't notice how it got onto the field. I had assumed an over-eager ball-kid...

    That is pretty weird...

I thought I saw a silver ball, but then just assumed it was my eyesight, as I was far away.

Our other theories included maybe a disgruntled employee that just got fired. Maybe even as crazy as Adidas throwing out their MLS balls during a Nike CCL match...
    I mean it was baffling.

When he hurled the ball over the bench I thought Onalfo was gonna kill him...

My wife and sit in 108 and he was in 109 about 5 rows down from where we were sitting. I saw him stand up, and chuck the ball on the field. He had a real pissed off look on his face and then he walked up the aisle like nothing happened.

Same situation when he was in 110 and almost beaned Onalfo. Very weird to say the least.

Perhaps his girl just left him in the hope to get one of the Gs players? Or...perhaps Beckham refused to sign his ****?

This is why I sit in GA. Rowdy, crazy, weird stuff goes on in those sideline seats.

I didn't see the first one but I saw the second time he did it it was strange. I saw some of the security on the field point at him but I didn't pay attention if security actually took him away

I sat in section 109 and saw both of them. It was really bizarre to say the least. The balls seemed to be silver size-4 Lotto balls. No idea behind any motivation.
