I just bought a total gym suipra and i was wondering if any1 knew an exersice program that specifically helps soccer players. right now im just doin mostly leg exercises everyday and some upper body 1s.
Where to begin? Over the past two years I have helped train my little brother. He's improved enormously. Virtually all of this can be attributed to www.soccerconditioning.net. I would recommend that site as a good resource. I've puchased two programs from there and my brother has become so much better. The owner of the site is extremely helpful if you have any questions. (He might be a little busy right now because of the Denmark game). If you don't want to pay for advice (which I completely understand). I'd focus more on cardiovascular training and flexibility. My brother is so dominant on the field because he's in such good physical condition. When the other players are tired, he still has some left in his tank.
