Gametime is at 5pm EST but I haven't seen the lineups yet. My guess is that Torres starts the game.

Right after the game he'll be boarding a plane for Columbus:D

    0-1 Pachuca

Defender(?) loses a pass out of the back from the keeper, allowing a quick break.

Is Torres in the middle or out wide left?

Don't forget about New Mexico native and on again-off again Mexican international Edgar Castillo is playing RB for Club America.

right now it looks more centrally but if it's like most games he'll kind of float depending on the flow to the game between the middle and the right wing.

    I love these Torres threads...

    "Where is he playing?"

"Is he staring, I can't tell what position he's playing."

    lol...

It is funny! I laugh, too. But in defense Pachuca has 3 or 4 guys that are very similar in size to JFT and on the TV or a stream, with the stripes on their kits, it makes it hard to tell their numbers. Then throw on that my Spanish is iffy at best and it becomes a hunt to find him on the pitch! I just listen for Gringo or Paco. :D

next dumb question. Is Torres one of the guys in the yellow or light blue jersey ? (I'm guessing yellow ??) Position and number would be useful too. (re: No hablos Espanol) ?

    HT 1-0 Pachuca

Good half from Pachuca. Solid defending and solid possession. There were a few iffy moments defensively for Pachuca late in the half but overall a good 1st half showing. The only gripe I have is that Pachuca has quickly transitioned from defending to attack, moved it well into the attacking third but haven't played that "killer ball" to break down America. The touches and runs from the forwards have been little slightly off. As to JFT a very, very good half. He's so calm with the ball at his feet. It seems effortless at times 'cause he so under control. He played a few nice long balls, switched the fields well, and managed to use the dribble to get out of some tight quarters. JFT also tracked back exceptionally well, breaking up some plays.
