Let's hope he doesn't come from the Don Garber school of thought when it comes to what a major announcement is, or it will be something along the lines of "we changed hot dog vendors starting in 2015."

Thinking back to the major announcement from Dallas last year, new contract/extension for Joao Plata?

They're re-installing an artificial surface to better handle the demands of all the home international matches upcoming?

Hosted viewing parties for the mid-day Euro2012 matches?

I hear they've retained the services of one D. Trump. No idea what.

I'm not sure how much that will help, but it had to happen sometime...

Wait--hasn't it been just a few weeks since the "reshuffle"?

I can't even keep track of TFC anymore.

I'm sure this means de Klerk is out, Koevermans will be too, but I hope they keep Soolsma--just 24 and good value at $110K.

Odd that they would finally fire him after a pair of wins, if true.

that's what I was thinking. not even like they have a major outside replacement lined up. Mariner and Rongen probably should have been in charge two months ago. instead, they fire him after two wins and a bye week?

Getting Santos in the CCL probably has something to do with it.
