Yup. He was chosen in the expansion draft from New England. He was traded to Colorado on April 7 for a Youth Development roster spot.
Probably a semi-professional player locally. Looking at the reserve team game reports it seems as though they call up players from the local semi-pro league in Ontario, Canadian Soccer League.
