They would be but sadly, living in San Jose, I have to support the Quakes. On the other hand though, I'd rather watch TFC as opposed to Atalanta. Not so much for the style but becasue they have more Italians than the Bergamaschi.
Your loyalty to the Quakes is admirable, but you could still support TFC. Eventually, you will be a TFC fan. It only makes sense.
Actually, my cousins all live in Ontario and I've been a TFC since their inception. I was even a Toronto Metros-Blizzard fan durinig the old NASL years. I had the pleasure of meeting Eusebio and Roberto Bettega when i was a kid. Viva Toronto!
