after watching the first two matches of Italy U17 I would say that Simone Pafundi definitely caught my attention (three goals and 2 assists in 2 games) In the topic "azzurrini news" there are the 2 games that I recommend you watch because they are good games
Here are the depth of our Center-Back and their birth year: Alessandro Bastoni (1999) Giorgio Scalvini (2003) Caleb Okoli (2001) Mattia Viti (2002) Matteo Lovato (2000) Lorenzo Pirola (2002) Matteo Gabbia (1999) Diego Coppola (2003) outside of the obvious top 3, Giorgio Cittadini who plays for Modena on loan from Atalanta, might be the one to watch out for. As for depth purposes, there are Federico Gatti, Alessandro Buongiorno, Nicolo Casale, and Andrea Carboni in Serie A and Christian Della Mura, Alessandro Circati, Simone Canestrelli, and Riccardo Capellini coming to Serie A from Serie B soon. As for the Right Back position, Andrea Cambiaso is LB not a RB. We are a little thin here. We got Samuele Birindelli as the only player that plays regularly in Serie A. Nadir Zortea, Alessandro Zanoli, Raoul Bellanova, and hopefully soon Gabriele Ferrarini sometimes comes on as a sub. Watch out for the Pierozzi twins, Andrea and Niccolo, as legitimate candidates. Francesco Donati has a shot if he makes a step up next year just because Empoli is a welcoming club for youngsters.
It is true that Cambiaso is considered as LB, but in the U21 national team he plays as RB without problems since he uses his two feet in an excellent way
Small Update of Italian talents 2008 and in addition to Francesco Camarda (Milan), I add Samuele Inacio Pia (Atalanta son of Inacio Pia ex player) and Andrea Natali (Barcelona son of ex player Cesare Natali),
video about Francesco Camarda (2008) video on Mattia Liberali (2007) And now video Highlight of Empoli U15 who are leading group C with 25 points and with 44 goals scored and 3 goals conceded Fiorentina-Empoli U15 0-6 Empoli-Ascoli U15 8-0 Napoli-.Empoli U15 0-3 A friend told me that he saw them play and they are literally illegal in the category (they look like Holland of 74) group C standings https://www.tuttocampo.it/Italia/GiovanissimiNazionaliU15/GironeCSerieAB/Giornata1 Statistics https://www.tuttocampo.it/Italia/Gi...SerieAB/Squadra/EmpoliU15/1057302/Statistiche Group C goalscorers (they have the top five goalscorers in group ) Players to watch practically all, but my friend tells me that the most interesting is Iacopo Landi (2009 )
Francesco Camarda (14 years old) made his debut in the Milan "Primavera" team (18-19 age category) in a friendly match against a team of "ECCELLENZA" (fifth level of the Italian football pyramid) scoring a DOUBLE news link https://www.milannews.it/news/camar...ontro-la-solbiatese-per-il-classe-2008-476495
report this player: Giacomo Gabbiani (2006) of Cremonese U17 scored 18 goals in 7 appearances in group C of the U17 national championship (with an average of 2.57 goals per game ) source: https://www.tuttocampo.it/Italia/AllieviNazionaliU17/GironeBSerieAB/Giocatore/Scheda/8758415/Scheda Here are some video highlights (it's number 9)
Comparison video between Camarda and Mirko Franchi (from Inter) that I don't know useful for seeing Camarda at work in the U16 championship (under age)

Ladies and Gentlemen FRANCESCO CAMARDA it's now a few statistics plays in the U16 national league (under age) and scored 20 goals in 17 appearances
@It22677 conosci Alessandro Arena?

well there is Luca Koleosho (Italy-USA-Canada-Nigeria) who played well in the Euro U19 elite qualifying phase, at least in the match against Belgium U19 I put the FIGC link with the description of the match (unfortunately there are no videos of it) https://www.figc.it/it/nazionali/news/fase-élite-pari-con-il-belgio-e-qualificazione-alle-fasi-finali-dell-europeo-bollini-un-grande-gruppo-un-grande-cuore/ by the way we are the only nation that managed to bring a youth national team to one of the final tournaments that will be held this year (i.e. Euro U17, Euro U19, U20 World Cup and U21 Euro) https://www.figc.it/it/nazionali/ne...del-mondiale-u20-e-degli-europei-u21-19-e-17/
Camarda hat-trick against Sudtirol which ends the Regular Season of the U16 championship (remember that he is underage) with 23 goals scored in 18 games not really bad https://www.tuttocampo.it/Italia/Al...neBSerieAB/Partita/18.3/sdtirol-u16-milan-u16 https://www.tuttocampo.it/Italia/AllieviNazionaliU16/GironeBSerieAB/Marcatori
