Vittorio Parigini came off the bench for his debut for the u-21s and scored the winner against Ireland. Mandragora in midfield had a good game. Di Biagio played a 4-2-4 today that didnt really work, without Berardi there is very little creativity on the pitch. Rugani and Romagnoli partnership continues to blossom. Monachello looks an interesting player, reminds me of a Quagliarella type of player.....We need to unnearth some other attacking options and a central playmaker as the likes of Cerri, Boateng etc are just not clinical in front of goal.
What's the chance Cunteh calls up Donna for the Euros? I think Bonaventura deserves a call up too...even if only as a back-up player
The Milan players that will most likely go to the euros this summer: Montolivo, Antonelli, Bertolacci, Bonaventura Outside bets: Donnarumma, Romagnoli, Abate, Balotelli
Balotelli is trash and if they call him it's only for political reasons Romagnoli should probably be called up...Monty should be watching the Euros from his TV tbh he's crap and so should Berto
I don't know how anyone who watches any Milan thinks Bertolacci has even a snowball's chance in hell of making the Euros. The guy is a total disappointment.
Well considering how sorely Italia lacks talent these days anything can happen Montolivo is even worse than Berto too
Ya but Conte seems to like him. He's been off form this year but has shown some glimpses of brilliance and the midfielder he was last year at Genoa. Montolivo has been stellar this year and will def go to the Euro's. He actually leads Milan now
Bonaventura for sure. Antonelli possibly due to the lack of LB's. Donnarumma as third for experience. Romagnoli has an outside chance.
They're alright. It helps build confidence when they play clubs punching above their weight though. Like Inter and these guys:
I'll give them credit for something.. They at least have a few possibilities for the Azzurri unlike a few teams I know full of foreign bums #inter #foreigntina
We all know what that was. But anyway, yes. I mean, effing A of course the table is more important than an individual midseason match. Though I'm sure your post was in jest because... Well... Oooooooobviously.
Do I wish our boys would have taken it more seriously? Sure. It can be tough to get up for Frosinone... Milan... Cremonese.
LOL, touché! Look, I like Fiorentina, why wouldn't I? I'm sure I've posted this elsewhere before but I have no animosity towards the Viola when they've managed to beat us in the past whatsoever. It's good for the Serie A brand. I mean, who else doesn't want to see the little guy win from time to time? Forza Viola!!!
