Here we go the summer heat is in full effect, time to see who keeps showing up. There will be 80+ strong for the march to the match from LFR.

I'll be at the game. I'm guessing there is going to be some Salt Lake fans there b/t them having their academy in Casa Grande and being one of the closer MLS teams. I'm just hoping Velasquez plays for Salt Lake. I've been thinking of things to yell at him since I first saw him play for Salt Lake.

His haircut would make Dog the Bounty Hunter proud.

He's been playing with the first team, so I don't know if he'll play with the reserves. I think he did when they played at Rio Tinto. I hope he does. I haven't seen hair that bad in person since I witnessed Ianni's beaver tail last August.

Actually, he hasn't been playing w/ the first team the last several games. He did start in the USOC game, but was subbed of around the 60th minute. I wouldn't be surprised to see him start.

That's surprising. He was pretty impressive on the ball in the couple of Salt Lake games I caught earlier this season.

Donny will play, but not Diego. I'm guessing Donny won't need any extra motivation against Salt Lake.

Olmes Garcia, Carlos Salcedo, and Seba in that picture, if they all start, they'll form the spine of a pretty solid reserve squad for RSL. All three have looked good with the full team at different parts of the season.

I think Maund and KWS are the weak link on the back line.

Garcia and Sandoval up top have looked really good, but could be tired from Wednesday's game.

I'm looking forward to a good game.

He's certainly looking pretty good so far (17th minute).

Not a great looking game from either side. At least both sides finished w/ 11 on the field.

I wonder if we'll see each other again next year.

Ugly game indeed. We had two or three scoring chances... RSL kept the ball, but didn't generate anything offensively. LFR was great as usual.

Here's our tifo display. Not the best execution, still thought it was cool.

Attendance was 2386, which is improving. Good to see its not dropping off now that it is really hot. It's too bad the game wasn't more entertaining for the fans that came. Great to see a shut out, but a goal or two to go with it would have been nice.
