Looks like Naeher hyper-extended her right knee. That looked painful. This sucks.
I really hope she's not done for the tournament.

Too frantic, too impatient. US looks to knock out Canada in first few minutes. Can 't happen. We need to be more selective. More organized.

The US was ready to substitute Franch for Naeher, but Naehere is trying to stay in the game. I don't like this.

She's walking on it without any help. That's a good sign.

It's a lose-lose situation. If Canada score on Franch, people will blame Franch for being inexperienced and coming in cold, if they score on Naeher, they'll say she should've come out.

Can we expect like 10 minutes of injury-time at the end of 1st Half, now?

Yep. Naeher needs to be substituted. I don't know why she would be attempting goal kicks.

Shouldn't someone else have been taking the goal kicks?

Canada with quick passing to get out of USA pressure and pressing hard up top.
USA need more bodies coming back in defense or we're going to have problems.

I'm glad Naeher decided to come out, that's the best decision.

Probably should have subbed her out in the beginning, but I can understand Naeher wanting to stay on.

I'm glad it's Franch subbing in though, instead of Campbell. Still, it has to be stressful for a keeper to sub into a semifinal without any major tournament minutes.

No, this isn't U10. If she can't take the goal kicks, it's a sure sign she shouldn't stay on.

That foul from O'Hara was unnecessary.

Vlatko will have to sub her off now. Can't risk a second.
