They'd look better in an athletic skirt or even a skort. Solo's cute of course but she looked better as a blonde. Don't they all look better as blondes?

There is a part of me that would enjoy that, but it wouldn't be appropriate IMO. OTOH, dressing women in what are essentially men's kits, is wrong too. These new 'forms appear to be cut for a woman's figure, and that's good. They're better looking without being a bad example for young girls, and probably more comfortable. Looks like Nike are going in the right direction.

They are just shorts and tops and I see no indication of feminine curves like a skort or some type of athletic skirt gives you. Below are pics of a Dutch team and THAT is what WPS should be doing. They are not too revealing but the definitely show their feminine side at the same time.
Re: Female Player: Hall of Hotness II Well, FC de Rakt are certainly breaking trail here. Not sure I like the look in action. I'm sure it allows plenty of movement, but it looks out of place to me. Shirts and shorts can be fine as long as they are cut for women. That doesn't necessarily mean that they are form-fitting, which is what I think you are looking for. The thing I don't like is when it looks like they are just wearing men's clothes, and these new USA kits don't look like that to me. The difference isn't dramatic, but I think it's noticeable.

Wearing skirts like the Dutch women below is just FINE. How do you think the players would react if WPS mandated skirts like the ones below?

Re: Female Player: Hall of Hotness II My challenge to REALfootballRulez: Put on a static nylon mini skirt that barely covers your backside; run around for 90 minutes on a field in front of an crowd (while simultaneously trying to concentrate on your sport of choice). Then report back on how comfortable, pretty and talented you felt as the gravel was tearing a strip up the inside of your thigh. (And that's a challenge on behalf of all the field hockey women like me who gave it up because the skort was literally a pain in the arse.)

Re: Female Player: Hall of Hotness II Nonsense. You can do it similar to a skort where you simply wear shorts UNDERNEATH the skirt. This way you're wearing the SAME thing you're wearing now (except maybe the shorts would be a little shorter) with just a skirt on top. You won't get any gravel hurting your thighs because you don't get that now and you'll be wearing the SAME shorts.

Then complain about wearing too many layers because there is an answer to how to fix these cuts you get frmo sliding on crappy fields with pebbles? But then it is too bulky?? Come on! LOL Its called a solution, take it or leave, just dont bitch about it! I want to see chicks in skirts on the soccer field! It will def. bring out more guys to watch the game, just based on the sexy factor alone! Men are animals, and want eye candy! Heck, i could give a crap about volley ball, but watching them play in the olympics was SWEEET!
