One of the keys to our community is our moderators. They work hard to provide a fun and safe environment for everyone on the site. Of course, we realize things don't always go smoothly and that when some people have praise others have complaints. We are instituting a new procedure for reviewing our moderators, and that involves soliciting feedback from you. This is a serious excercise and we ask you to only participate if you take it seriously. We are asking you to post your praise and criticism, and suggestions, regarding the moderation of THIS PARTICULAR FORUM in this thread. Personal attacks will be binned (the mods have our approval to do this) and we are only looking for thoughtful criticisms or compliments. Although I'm not a Libertarian, in this case I do subscribe to the sentiment - "He/She who governs least, governs best." The moderator(s) here have used a very light hand and thats the way we like it. Of course, I think that the fact that those in this forum (barring the occasional visiting pest from other forums) do a good job of being courteous even when disagreeing with each other... And that makes it pretty easy to moderate!
I think FlashMan is a good moderator. He lets us loose and only steps in if things get heated, which thankfully they rarely do. When they do, he takes care of it in a fair manner.
Alright guys, you had your chance!!! Thanks for the input. You can still post in here if you'd like but the thread is being unstuck for good. Again, I know not many responded but thanks to those that did and to all, I hope you're enjoying the forum.
