We can apply the same rules to select moderators. I think we should have 3 mods like a lot of other forums do, since I don't think one single person will have the time to stay here all day. All nominations must be second it by another forum member to be in the poll. Once we have enough choices, we'll have a poll where you would be able to select your 3 choices. What does everyone think? So far, we have 3 nominations that have been second it by another forum member: regulator, pingudo2, loraz. The more choices we have the better.
Well yes we should wait a bit more. We waited this far When everything is calm, someone will come with a kick ass slogan. So far we all see to like some of the slogans and what not but I am sure that all of you are not 100%. On the scale of one to ten put down what you think for each slogan.

i think efernandez already has some people in mind with more "experience" to moderate this forum. because, you know, it takes a rocket scientist to close unnecessary threads and delete racist posts. so talk to him about the choice of moderator. actually, talk to huss about it, since he's an actual admin
That is what you should do. Whomever, wants to moderate the forum should send a pm to Huss stating his real name, age, what he does and why he thinks he would be a good moderator.
I don't know if i'd like to be a moderator... it would mean i'd have to lay off the smartass replies in favor of a more balanced and mature approach... and that doesn't sound half as fun as telling someone you wish them to suffer bodily harm in a conflagration.

LMAO Well those comments are acceptable when both parties are "in the moment" and volunteer to be in the firing zone. When its starting to get personal and the fun is out of it, when it starts to get nasty and unfriendly, well than that is the stuff that needs to be ommitted.
That is the truth. Efer is just willing to help and enjoys Latin American football. You all will need to "apply" to Huss and he will make decisions. He will be wanting to know who you are, where you live, why you'd make a good mod. Mods are held to higher standards and it is a thanksless job, believe me. It is not rocket science, and the main things can be learned on the job, but it can be actual work at times.

I'll be honest. there is alot of Ecudorians that would be great as moderator. Personally I favor those who are not biased and want to represent Ecuador to its fullest glory. Anyone with this incentive deserve to be moderator
