Anyone else eat Tiramisu? Lady fingers with coffee and some other random stuff.

    Very good.

Tiramisu means "pull me up" in Italian. It's made from lady fingers soaked in espresso layered with a zabaglione made with marscapone cheese.

My wife makes a fanstastic tiramisu. She adds a shot or two of sambuco to the zabaglione.

    Here's Sophia Loren's recipe (supposedly)

Frangelico can also be used....for a "spicier" flavor....

it's certainly a dessert to have maybe once a month or less.

i would not want to have tiramisu more than once a month.
