Tiramisu means "pull me up" in Italian. It's made from lady fingers soaked in espresso layered with a zabaglione made with marscapone cheese. My wife makes a fanstastic tiramisu. it's certainly a dessert to have maybe once a month or less. i would not want to have tiramisu more than once a month.
