DAM DAM DAM them! Here it is 6:45pm and I can't get the NE/Metros game because who knows why! This has happened I bet at least 10 games this season where Shootout package is jacked up, call into TimeWarner and they send a signal or whatever and half the time it comes back on, half it doesn't work! Of course she's getting it just fine at the support office! How freekin hard can it possibly be?! ARGHHHHHHHHH
NICE...so I call back 15 minutes later to possibly get another support rep....a different person answers and puts me on hold, comes back and says "we're aware of that problem and are working on getting it resolved" Oh so it's a wide area problem? "Yes sir" SO now it's a known problem.....WTF ever!! They are so f'ing horrible!
