Um, Natty, on the first road trip you took with us (yes, they got your check) we drove past Poplar Point. We all pointed it out and said "oh, that's where the stadium is supposed to be..." Or did you get on the bus at New Carollton and miss that?

You can even have a boat in for marine commuters just as they do at Husky at the University of Washington!

I used to go to Husky games as a kid that way ... it was just too damn cool!! Of course I'm not sure I'd take a speedboat up the Anacostia ;-) Bodies and industrial waste really mess up a good prop Maybe I could do some bass fishin' on the Potomac and head up to the game with fresh fish for the SE tailgate ...... Actually, the statement will be "Hey Natty, the SE's got your check!" Whereupon the elder SE/Barra members will laugh so hard that their glass eyes and false teeth fall out and their kids groan... I know that the stadium will get some cheesy corporate name but one end of the stadium should definitly be the "Crack Den"...
I think the Bruce Arena Arena works, or maybe just the Bruce Arena.... can't wait to go see games at "The Bruce" (PS I'm only half joking...if naming rights isnt an issue (and I'm totally cool with it being called Whole Foods Stadium if it means the thing gets built and looks nice), I would like to call it something like "Bruce Arena Stadium" or something, tho we'd still all call it "the Arena" or whatever.
Can we use his monster belly as the stadium overhang? Actually, not being from the area I'd like to see "Anacostia Road" as the new stadium name. It'll get people talking and everyone will know where it is.
