I signed up for a membership last friday and my credit card was charged this monday yet I still don't have premium membership access. Does it normally take this long to set this up for everyone?
I sent you an email yesterday about this. For some reason, your sign up did not automatically designate you as a premium member. Everything should be fine now.
Thanks Jonny! I just got your email from this morning. One problem, I'm still getting all of the ads (top, side, scrolling, all of them). I think my user is cursed. PS: I've tried closing the browser and deleting the cookies (I only have one username@www.bigsoccer.com, no BigSoccer.com cookies) and logging back in twice. No dice with that though.
