I really wish every match were at Merlo. So much better to watch T2 in an appropriately sized venue.

Agreed, that's what most T2 fans agree on. Also cheaper beer, free parking and the ability to tailgate. A cheaper night out all around.

They look great. Lots of fun to watch this year so far.

Wish a few more would show up considering how well we are doing and how miserable the first team is right now.

Not to mention that there only the Thorns are competing for attendees until the end of June and even they have constraints on seats until then. Seems silly people wouldn't go to T2, especially for the great value and the fact that 10,000+ people already have tickets. Soccer City USA isn't holding up it's end of that moniker.

It really bums me out. I'll be going to 0 matches next year. Too damn far for me. Merlo was the best. I'd go to almost every match if they were at Merlo. Hillsboro Stadium sucks terribly.

Kinda bummed me out too. Was looking forward to seat games at Providence.

I had the same complaint about Merlo (I live in Hillsboro) for what it's worth.

Most of my friends who went to games and I won't be making it to Hillsboro, most of my circle of friends who went to games live in Vancouver, East Portland and even some downtown who can't take public transport out there. I'm worried crowds will be lower, the only hope is if there are more new supporters on the west side than lost supporters.

Ain't that the truth of it. When things start back up I'll go from having gone to about 10 matches a year to 0. Really disappointing that the Timbers presence is weighted so heavily to the west and south of the metro area now. With 3 teams, that's really a bum deal for those of us north and east.

There is PDX FC, FC Millhouse and Vancouver Victory at NPSL/Evergreen Premier league level but a bid drop-in quality from T2. Merlo was best. I loved that spot.
