This morning i got the email telling me that the france korea tickets i put up for resale last week have been sold, only to get another mail half an hour later from the cretins at the oc telling me that my france korea tickets had been dispatched. Now i have to send them back to Germany before they'll refund my 200 euros. what is wrong with these people?
Finally got an email that said my tickets are on the way. Tracking them on DHL now, and they are moving fast.
How are you supposed to pick-up those tickets? Did you get any collection certificate? Collection ID? Or you are planning just to walk in to the ticket center name yourself, tell them order number and collect the tickets? I am on the same boat as you. I bought TST at the end of phase 4. They've charged me 25 Euro for shipping and I've not heard anything from them since then. Conformation e-mail I received doesn't contain any useful information (no seats, no collection number). On the other hand I was lucky enough to pick up some tickets in phase 5. There is no delivery on these tickets from phase 5 so confirmation e-mail contained collection certificate that I need to present to get the tickets. I am just wondering where can I get such certificate for tickets from phase 4?
Actually I got confirmation of them in phase one, back in Feb. 2005. That's why I was concerned that I hadn't heard anything up until today.
I just made the call to FIFA and got the bad news. Have to pick up in Germany too. Phase 4 order, April 19.
when did they mail out your tickets?? I have called ticket center last tuesday and they told me they will mail out my tickets on wednesday(5/3), but I didnt get any notification till now.
The lady I talked to said I could pick up the tickets at any of the collection centers as long as a match wasn't taking place in that city on the day I collect the tix. I plan on just showing them my passport along with my details from customer self service for each of my matches where it names everyone in my party and shows the ticket as active. If I can prove that I am who I say I am, then there should be no way they don't give me my tickets.
Passport should be enough, it has your name, photo and passport # OBVIOUSLY lol and that's the exact information on the ticket. If the name match, how can they refuse to give you the tickets.
I was allocated 4 tickets through the 1st conditional program on april 19 2006 to match #55. I have not received the tix yet and no email notification neither. I have transferred 2 tickets of those 4. If I have to pick up the tickets in Germany, Will I have to pick up all 4. Or i'll just pick up my 2 tickets and the other party will pick up theirs? And will they need any paperwork from me to do so? thanks
I got my tickets today from DHL....i received an email saying they were coming this MORNING....and in the customer self service area, it still doesnt say shipped. whatever. I HAVE SOME OF MY TICKETS!! the other ones i just purchased like last week and have to pick up in germany WOO!
got my GER-POL tickets (Cat. 3ov) I'm in block 76 (north tribune) and I fear that's where all polish fans will be located...
is there a way to find out excact seat assignments before getting your tickets ... I have to pick mine up in germeny ... but I would love to know where I am sitting beforeheand ... would it be worth sending an email to fifa?
