Going to be in Milan for 11/3 game vs Reggina at San Siro. Does anyone know if I can walk up and buy tickets on the day of the game. I am in the US, and would love some advice on whether I need to and how to purchase tickets ahead of time.

Ah yes, the plight of an American looking for Milan tickets, one I encountered last year. For Reggina, you should totally be able to walk up and buy tickets (though I don't know how the 50,000 + season ticket holders will affect this.) Call Milan Point (# at acmilan.com) or the Associazione Internationale Milan Clubs (AIMC) - I'll try to find the numbers for you when I clear out my mess of a room tonight.

If at all possible, sit in the second tier on the blue end (Curva Sud). An experience of a lifetime

Brilliant, thanks so much. Any direction you can give a non-Italian speaking Yank is much appreciated...

Milan point is a bit out of the way, but its pretty easy to get there by bus or cab. Well worth the visit as the clubs shop is there. You won't need to know Italian somebody there will most likely speak some English and if not its a fairly simple transaction. Just let them know the match you want to see and they will show you a sitting chart of the stadium, and you pick your section.

    Bayern game

Along the same lines as this thread, I can be in Milan for the Bayern game in two weeks. Is the ticket process any different for CL games? Will this game sell out?
