A former co-worker used it a number of times in the last couple of years and sold his East stand tickets every time and usually for a ridiculous price. When my son was still in college and couldn't make a game I sold his ticket, Member's Stand, on the Members Stand/South Stand Ticket Exchange on FB. I think you could sell tickets for other locations. Only caveat is you can't sell for above face value. There is also a Sporting KC Ticket Marketplace on FB where you set your own price.
I've heard similar experiences. One time the seat right next to me sold for $70. This is a head scratcher for me. I started mine at $50, then dropped them to $35 Saturday morning and $27 Sunday morning. Nothing.
I've had better luck with Stubhub personally. They both charge the same fees, but there's typically less volume of tickets on Stubhub you're competing with. And this is pure conjecture, but I don't think there's a huge general awareness outside of STMs that there is an official resale market through Ticketmaster. That's to say: If I knew something was sold out (or even close to sold out), I'd probably punch in Stubhub.com before I ever even thought about checking the venue's site for secondhand tickets.
I've got Member stand tickets. I've always sold them when I've posted them early. 5-7 days before the game. Anytime I've posted them the day before or day of the game, I've had no luck. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
I posted a MS ticket on the Members Stand/South Stand Ticket Exchange this afternoon and sold the ticket within an hour.
I've sold my extra tickets for years on the tickemaster site. The biggest thing hurting resale this year is a complete dearth of Saturday games. Out of town people looking to make a trip need the travel time afforded by a Saturday match AND they need the certainty of having tickets when they arrive. I figure 2-4 weeks ahead of time is the top pricing point for a group of good east stand tickets. Sunday night games are not going to attract out-of town weekend holiday visitors and Sunday night matches with 50-degree weather will not garner many last minute purchase decisions.
Looking to purchase 3 MS tickets for Sun. July 3rd vs Columbus. Already posted on MS/SS Tickets FB page, just thought I'd post here too for more eyes. Side note: Good lord it's been a long ass time since I logged into BS and posted something
Will they be offering any mutli game or half season packages this season? It's been a couple of years since I've gone, and I would like to go to a few
Question: Which section do the visiting supporters stand in? I intend to come down for the June 3rd game and have a friend who doesn't want to stand in the supporters section for visitors but we would still like to be close to it. sorry if this doesn't fit this thread but also didn't feel like creating a whole new thread just for this question.
if it's the same as years past, the away section is in the southeast corner. i think it's either section 123 or 124.
I have two season tickets in the South Stand, but unfortunately for various reasons will be unable to attend six home games in a row this year: Wed 05/03 7:30pm vs. NYRB Wed 05/17 7:30pm vs. Seattle Sat 06/03 4:00pm vs. Minnesota Sat 06/10 7:00pm vs. Montreal Sat 07/01 6:00pm vs. Portland Thu 07/06 7:30pm vs. Philadelphia Please PM me if interested in buying any or (ideally) all of these via PayPal. I was going to post them through SeatGeek, but they are apparently not interested in collecting their 15% cut without also violating my privacy.
I have one ticket for sale in section 109 row 9. Great seat near the center of the field 9 rows up on the west side, SOLD
